Pumps: 5110 / 5160
Basic UHPLC models with a wide range of HPLC application. 5110: up to 40 MPa, flow 0.001–9.999 mL/min. 5160: up to 60 MPa, flow 0.001–5.000 mL/min. Up to four mixed solvents with the optional low-pressure gradient unit.
Autosamplers: 5260 / 5280
Both withstand 60 MPa. 5260 uses loop injection (cut, all-volume and full-loop methods) with a built-in washing pump and two-solvent washing, and sample rack control from 1–45 °C with cooling and heating. 5280 uses direct injection, syringe wash delivery, 1–35 °C cooling only. Standard capacity 120 × 1.5 mL and 200 × 1.5 mL respectively.
Column Ovens: 5310 / 6310
Easily accommodates a 300 mm analytical column fitted with a guard column, up to three columns. 5310 horizontal type, 1–85 °C. 6310 vertical type, 4–90 °C, with a built-in three-litre water tank.
Detectors: 5410 to 5610
UV (5410, double-beam, 190–600 nm), UV-Vis (5420, 190–900 nm), Diode Array (5430, 190–900 nm with spectrum acquisition), Fluorescence (5440, Xe lamp, Ex 200–850 nm / Em 250–900 nm), RI (5450, refractive index 1–1.75) and MS (5610).
